We start with a select Sumatra coffee and roast it to "second crack" to produce a deep and rich coffee that has notes of earthy goodness, and peanuts. We then blend this with a select African coffee that provides a nice interesting note at the end of each sip. Expect rich and full-bodied, but not burnt and bitter.
